The day I walked into Jenni's class it turned my life around!. This was two and a half years ago. I had been suffering with anxiety, stress and low self-esteem, which i never ever thought i would overcome. With going to Jenni's Yoga/meditation class twice a week I am a completely different person. Don't get me wrong I still have wobbles sometimes (very rare now), but with the techniques that Jenni has taught me, you learn to control it and turn that negative into a positive.
I always look forward to class, as soon as you walk into this gorgeous "old shoe factory building" there's a sense of inner calm and peace. The studio is always so warm and some evenings we practice in candlelight, which makes it so relaxing. Jenni's energy and smile is infectious and you leave class feeling peaceful and refreshed.
The ‘Great Bell Chant’ by Thich Nath Hanh plays often while we practise. It is a great favourite of mine, meaning with so much in his words.
One of the greatest things that has come out of going to class is appreciating mother nature and the beautiful world we live in (it's amazing!!) which previously went by without my recognition.
Jenni's dedication has been an inspiration to me, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for being there for me when i needed you.
