Both Yoga and Tai Chi have wonderful health benefits which can be life changing. Students frequently suffer from a variety of health problems such as Arthritis, Osteoporosis, high blood pressure, Depression and Anxiety - Tai Chi and Yoga are great at easing their suffering and improving their symptoms.

They’re also great ways to improve your general wellbeing - helping with fall prevention, improving your breathing and core strength and easing back pain, and classes are also a great way to meet new people and make friends!

About me

I qualified as a doctor in 1985 and now teach Yoga, Taichi, Meditation and Mindfulness as a path to wellness and to recover health. Also just for the sheer joy of it, many of my students are perfectly healthy and happy and just love the practice for what it is ! I have been employed by Corby Borough council, Age Concern, Adult Learning . and The Autumn Centre as well as running classes in the community and at Rising Spirit Studios. I am qualified to deliver GAPS protocol, a diet based intervention for psychological and gut related disorders. I see clients one to one to help them deepen their practice and tune their health through a holistic approach.
