Before I came to Jenni's classes, I had only experienced what I would call -exercise yoga- classes; that is, they were entirely focused around the movement and not on the breath or the mind. For many years I have suffered with cyclical and intrusive thoughts, which in turn hugely affected my self-esteem. Through practising with Jenni I have been able to gain useful and practical tools to center myself and, for the first time in my life, I can truly say that I love myself and have been taught positive ways to change my mind and my thought patterns.
